By accessing or using Monday Funday (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Use of the Service

Monday Funday is provided free of charge for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You agree to use it lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt, abuse, or exploit it.

2. Fair play

Don't cheat. This includes scripting, automating gameplay, exploiting bugs to inflate scores, or submitting fake leaderboard entries. We reserve the right to remove scores, accounts, or usernames that violate fair play at our sole discretion.

3. User content

You choose your own username. You may not use names that are offensive, infringe a third party's rights, impersonate another person, or contain spam or advertising. We may remove any username that violates this rule.

4. Intellectual property

The Monday Funday name, artwork, avatars, code, and other assets are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them without permission.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Monday Funday and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
